Izumi was designed by globally renowned architect Jun Watanabe.
Focusing on the rich cultural heritage of Sado Island and the extraordinary atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house, the design is carefully crafted under the concept of “spending off-time during travel in a protected space”.
The interior design preserves the original exposed beam framework and central pillar, emphasizing security and high-quality living.
Traditional structures such as a storehouse and a barn on the property enrich the overall stay.

We will email in advance instructions on how to unlock the smart key lock (passcode-based), and guests will self-check-in using the tablet terminal inside the facility.
