Do I need a passenger list when boarding? About boarding You do not need one, but we do accept passenger lists from those passengers who wish to optionally submit one. After filling out the necessary information in a passenger list form provided at the ticket sales area, please submit it in the labeled collection box found after passing through the automatic gates at Niigata Port and Ryotsu Port.
