Please arrive at the port with plenty of time to spare.Customers who purchase tickets at the counter or from ticket vending machines on the day are requested to arrive 30 to 40 minutes prior to their departures to make their purchases. The ticket gates will open approximately 15 to 20 minutes prior to departure time.

Depending on the time of year, such as the Golden Week and Obon periods, making reservations for boarding with a car can be extremely difficult.Please click the link below to make your reservation as soon as possible.
Please arrive at the Car Ferry Waiting Area at the departure port at least one hour before departure.
Please park your car following the guidance of the staff.For passengers purchasing tickets, please make sure to bring their vehicle inspection certificate to the Vehicle Shipment Ticket Counter. Passengers who have already purchased their tickets are requested to wait in the terminal or other locations until boarding time.
Please return to your car by the scheduled boarding time.The driver and all passengers must be on board the vehicle before moving onto the ship.
