How to change online reservations?

If you wish to cancel only the outbound or return trip, please enter the details of the trip you want to keep in the outbound trip section of the cancellation form.

1. Tap “Ticket Reservations” on the Sado Steam Ship homepage (top page).

2. Enter your email address and password and tap “Login”.

3. Tap “Reservation Information” on your My Page.

4. Tap “Reservation change.”

5On the reservation details input page, update your reservation information.
After making changes:
・For round-trip reservations, proceed to “Then enter your return reservation information”
・For one-way reservations, proceed to “Book one way only.”
Note: Even if you are only modifying the outbound trip of a round-trip reservation, you must still proceed to the “Return Trip Reservation” pag

6. After updating your reservation details, tap “Confirm Reservation Details.”

7. Confirm the updated reservation details and tap “Reservation change”.

8.Your reservation change is complete once the confirmation screen is displayed.
