How to cancel an online reservation. About reservations This is the procedure for cancelling your entire reservation.If you wish to reduce the number of passengers or cancel only one leg of a round-trip reservation, please use the Modify Reservation option instead.Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged when processing a refund. 1. Tap “Ticket Reservations” on the Sado Steam Ship homepage (top page). 2. Enter your email address and password and tap “Login”. 3. Tap “Reservation Information” on your My Page. 4. Tap “Cancel” for the reservation you wish to cancel. 5. On the reservation confirmation page, check the cancellation fee, tick the box “Cancellation fee confirmed”, and tap “Cancel the Reservation”. 6.
