★ Basic coverage
In the event of an accident, coverage is provided up to the limits shown below. Personal injury coverage: Unlimited per person (including mandatory liability coverage)
Passenger coverage: Up to 30 million yen per person
Property damage coverage: Unlimited per accident (Deductible: 50,000 yen)
Vehicle coverage: Up to market value per accident (Deductible: 50,000 yen)
Please note that in certain situations not covered by insurance, you may incur additional charges.
★About the Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, or damage requiring vehicle repair or cleaning, you will be charged the following fees as compensation for loss of business during that period.
(This is separate from the deductible mentioned in the insurance coverage (tax exempt).
If the rental is drivable and returned to the designated location: 20,000 yen
If the rental car cannot be driven and returned to the originally designated location: 50,000 yen
★About the optional coverage plans for peace of mind
Deductible Compensation Plan (1,100 yen per 24 hours)
→ This plan waives up to 100,000 yen of your deductible payments for property and vehicle damage combined.
Note: The enrollment fee for a Roadster is 2,200 yen per 24 hours.
Peace of Mind Coverage Plan (300 yen per 24 hours)
＜Available only as a set with the Deductible Compensation Plan, which provides full coverage＞
→ The NOC fee (20,000 yen or 50,000 yen) is waived when you enroll in the Peace of Mind Coverage Plan.
In addition, in the event of a flat tire or loss/damage to the hubcap only, the cost of repair or replacement will be covered at no charge. (Please note that replacing a flat tire with a spare tire is the customer’s responsibility.)
Note: The enrollment fee for a Roadster is 3,300 yen per 24 hours.
